The Walter and Connie Payton Foundation partnered with Concord Place Assisted Living Community in Northlake, Illinois to assist in providing a warm safe place for Veterans to live. While residing at Concord Place, each veteran has full access to everything this 55 year and older community has to offer; three meals a day, indoor swimming/ therapy pool, theater, health care check and many social activities.

 

Over 40 fully furnished "suites" have been sponsored. 

This labor of love project is so meaningful and 100% of the monies donated go directly to aid a Veteran. Each suite was sponsored by a $2,500 donation.

 

Our current resident Veterans are so thankful, when it is we who

should be thankful for their service and sacrifice to  protect our freedom.
